If you ask me what is the most romantic place to hang out during the night in Seoul, I will definitely recommend Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain. Banpo Bridge is not just an ordinary bridge, but you can enjoy a fountain show that happens every night (except winter). Located along Hangang River, you can chill around Han River or have a picnic, enjoy ramyeon (Korean instant noodles) that you can make by your own in a nearby convenient store and enjoy the dazzling fountain show.

This drink is so popular recently! If you can not drink Soju ("Korean legendary alcohol'), you can try this carbonated liquor, contained of between 3-5% alcohol. "Iseul Tok Tok" (이슬톡톡) is a peach flavored fizzy beverage with alcohol content from Hite Jinro and it is very popular with women due to its fruity peach flavor.

Take Subway line 3, line 7, or line 9 to Express Bus Terminal Station (Exit 801)
After exiting, continue for 300 meters until you reach an intersection with an elevated road
Turn right, and continue for about 15 minutes or 800 meters to reach the Banpo Hangang Park and the bridge

Dongjak Station (Seoul subway Line 4, exit 1 or 2). Walk around 20~30 minutes.
