If you ask foreigners what do they like about Korean, one of the most common answers might be the romantic Korean drama. Another Korean drama that was a hit on the last few months is Doctors (닥터스). Starring one of the best Korean actrees, Park Sin Hye and the well-known actor, Kim Rae Won, makes this drama perfect for all Korean drama fans.

Yoo Hye-jung (Park Shin-hye) was a wayward girl in high school with a prickly, gangster personality. Due to her many childhood scars, Hye-jung keeps her heart closed towards other people. However, she changes after meeting her mentor Hong Ji-hong (Kim Rae-won), who plays a key role in transforming her life from a "hopeless" delinquent to a compassionate doctor. They part ways subsequently but meet again after 13 years, when Yoo Hye-jung becomes a doctor (en.wikipedia.org)
While most of the focus is on the romance between Park Sin Hye and Kim Rae Won, a lot of people also fall in love with the cute Sooni Hawaii Restaurant (a spot where the main characters have been hanging out at). The Hawaiian-themed restaurant is located in Seoul, Hongdae - Hapjeong area with colorful tropical decor, indoor, outdoor, even a rooftop deck that makes this place perfect to hang out with your friends!
The original name of this restaurant was Bonjour Hawaii but after the drama Doctors becomes popular (as well as the restaurant) they changed the name into Sooni Hawaii (just like in the drama).
*The food and the drinks are quite pricey here but the portion of the food is big and I think one food is enough for two people
I came here with two friends and we decided to order the most favorite one, BBQ combo (KRW 19,800) and Cream Curry Udon (KRW 13,000), for the drinks we ordered Blue Hawaii (KRW 9,000), Peach Punch (KRW 9,000), and Sunset Beach (KRW 9,000).
The sauce of the BBQ combo is nice but the meat was not really cooked cause it was really hard to chew it.. But the cream Cream Curry Udon is recommended!
