Busan is famous for its beach and one thing you can't miss is the beachside cafe. Cheongsapo is the eastern part of Busan with many seafood restaurants and cafe along the beach. Cheongsapo is popular for its skywalk called Cheongsapo Daritdol Skywalk with the transparent floor at the end of the skywalk that will give you the thrill of walking on the sea. One of the most-visited place in Cheongsapo is Cafe Rooftop Cheongsapo, where you can enjoy both sea breeze and sea view from the rooftop of the cafe.
Cafe Rooftop has an indoor, terrace and rooftop sections. The cafe is decorated with bright colors with many nice touches for instagrammable pictures. Since kids are not allowed to enter the cafe, it is a truly relaxing and chill place where you can enjoy a cup of warm drink while reading books, take a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. One thing you need to take note is visit this place when the weather is nice otherwise the rooftop will be closed due to the windy and rainy weather. You can also come in the late afternoon to watch sunset view since it is located right next to the beach!
The price of the drinks range from KRW 4,500 to KRW 7,000. I ordered Hot Einspanner KRW 6,000 and my friends ordered Ice Caramel Macchiato KRW 6,000 and Lemonade KRW 6,500. We also ordered Chocolate Caramel and Banana Cake. Overall the drinks and the cake were amazing! I have tried a lot of Einspanner and the Einspanner from this cafe is highly recommended! The plating of the dessert was also beautiful with detailed decorations such as Oreo sprinkles and flowers and the taste was 10 out of 10!
